When I finished the Career Kickstart program I knew that I wasn't satisfied, that I wanted more, and I won't have peace of mind till I get it. So I enrolled for the Employability Skills Training and I can boldly say that it was the best decision I made. As an HR Enthusiast, all the courses they offered were in my interest such as Ethics, CV Writing & Interview Skills, Project Management, Introduction to HRM, Emotional Intelligence, Design Thinking, amongst others.

I remember being taught PowerPoint where Mr. Bart showed us some tricks to use. When I got a job (during the training), the first thing my boss asked me to do was to make a presentation slide and I happily applied everything I was taught in that class. Also, thanks to the course on Time Management by Mr. Joseph, I've been able to allocate time to every task which has helped in meeting deadlines and producing positive results.

Every day I see myself applying what was taught not just to my work but my personal life too. I'm super grateful that I took this training. Why haven't you?

For obvious reasons, especially giving the nature of our educational system in Nigeria with over 90% of it tailored around the traditional classroom setting, a lot of persons had cause to doubt the efficacy of an online programme, myself inclusive.

Well, Poise cleared up possible doubts. Learning was simplified, goals were clear, classes were interactive even from a thousand miles away and tasks were pretty interesting.

Learning at Poise was an eye-opener for me and a lot of my colleagues in our various fields. We have since moved to make the best of the much we learned at Poise. It is one of a kind experience to be thankful for.
