Program Objectives:

The objectives of the program are to oversee participants to; − Understand the basic principles of coaching. − Develop their coaching and mentoring model. − Build on current strengths to reinforce skills. − Differentiate between coaching and mentoring. − Develop a new range of practical coaching skills and techniques. − Deliver and evaluate a practical coaching session

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of the programme, the participant should be able to;

  • Distinguishing between the concepts “mentoring” and “coaching”
  • Evaluate the models associated with coaching and mentoring.
  • Understand how coaching and mentoring fit into the broader Performance Management process.
  • Identify and critically analyze possible problems that may occur in the coaching and mentoring process
